Description

Blueberry Cream Cheesecake Lasagna combines all your favorite dessert layers into one incredible treat. Creamy, sweet, and totally irresistible, this no-bake dessert will become your new favorite summer sensation.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 package Golden Oreos
  • 8 ounces (226 grams) cream cheese
  • 2 packages instant cheesecake pudding
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling

Supporting Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cold milk
  • 3 cups cold milk

Preparation Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons (90 milliliters) butter, melted
  • 12 ounces (340 grams) Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Pulverize 36 Golden Oreo cookies (about 1 package) into fine crumbs using a rolling pin. Mix thoroughly with 6 tablespoons melted butter until completely combined.
  2. Press cookie mixture firmly into bottom of a 9×13 inch pan (about ¼ inch thick). Refrigerate for 15 minutes at 40°F to solidify the base.
  3. Beat 8 ounces softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Add ¼ cup granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons cold milk, mixing until creamy.
  4. Fold 1 cup Cool Whip into cream cheese mixture gently. Spread this layer evenly over the chilled cookie crust using a spatula.
  5. Whisk 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant cheesecake pudding mix with 3 cups cold milk for 2 minutes until mixture thickens to a custard consistency.
  6. Pour pudding mixture carefully over cream cheese layer, ensuring even coverage across the entire surface.
  7. Open 21-ounce can of blueberry pie filling. Distribute entire contents uniformly across pudding layer, creating a vibrant purple-blue coverage.
  8. Top dessert with remaining Cool Whip (about 11 ounces), spreading gently to create a smooth finish.
  9. Refrigerate dessert for 4-6 hours at 40°F until layers are completely set and firm. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Cold cream cheese works best when softened at room temperature for about 30 minutes before mixing.
  • Fold whipped cream gently to maintain a light, airy texture in the dessert layers.
  • Graham cracker crust becomes crispier if baked briefly before adding filling layers.
  • Fresh blueberries provide the most vibrant flavor, but frozen work well when drained thoroughly.
