- Combine 1½ cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup (115g) melted unsalted butter, and ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared pan.
- Whisk together 1¼ cups (160g) all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon salt in a separate bowl until completely blended.
- In another bowl, cream ½ cup (115g) softened unsalted butter with ½ cup (100g) packed brown sugar until smooth. Add 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
- Gently fold the dry flour mixture into your butter mixture, creating a soft cookie dough. Don’t overmix the batter.
- Sprinkle 1½ cups (270g) milk chocolate chips evenly across the graham cracker crust.
- Distribute 2 cups (100g) mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer.
