Description

Peanut Butter Lasagna brings creamy layers of pure dessert delight right to your table. Chocolate graham cracker crust and smooth cream cheese make this no-bake treat a perfect crowd-pleasing dessert that’ll have your friends begging for seconds.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients:

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 boxes 3.4 oz instant chocolate pudding

Supporting Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1½ cups whipped topping

Finishing Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2¾ cups cold milk
  • Whipped topping
  • Mini peanut butter cups (chopped)
  • Peanut butter chips
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pulverize 36 Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground. Mix with ⅓ cup melted butter until completely combined.
  2. Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Place in freezer for 15 minutes at 0°F to set the crust completely.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat 8 oz cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup peanut butter, ¼ cup milk, and 1 cup powdered sugar. Mix until perfectly blended.
  4. Gently fold 1½ cups whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture until evenly incorporated. Spread this layer carefully over the frozen crust.
  5. Return the pan to the freezer for 20 minutes at 0°F to firm up the peanut butter layer.
  6. Whisk 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) of instant chocolate pudding mix with 2¾ cups cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened and smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate pudding over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly to cover completely.
  8. Refrigerate for 10 minutes at 40°F to help the pudding set slightly.
  9. Top the dessert with remaining whipped topping, scattered chopped mini peanut butter cups, peanut butter chips, and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
  10. Refrigerate the entire dessert for 3-4 hours until thoroughly chilled and set before serving.

Notes

  • Crush Oreos finely for a smooth, compact base that holds together well when serving.
  • Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to blend seamlessly with peanut butter and create a silky texture.
  • For a lighter version, swap full-fat ingredients with low-fat alternatives like reduced-fat cream cheese and sugar-free pudding mix.
  • Chocolate peanut butter cups or chopped nuts make great alternative toppings if candy isn’t preferred.
